PoliciesReturn PolicyTo return merchandise, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must first be obtained. To obtain an RMA number, please contatact Triangle Micro Solutions by sending an email to service@trianglemicro.com Please indicate your reason for returning the items and when you purchased the item. We will respond with an RMA number that should be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned. The following conditions apply to all returned merchandise:
Warranty PolicyTriangle Micro Solutions warrants all products for a period of one year from the date of the original sale for defects in materials and workmanship. See the user’s manual for details. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must first be obtained. To obtain an RMA number, please contatact Triangle Micro Solutions by sending an email to service@trianglemicro.com Interface cables and accessories are not covered. We will respond with an RMA number that should be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned. The following conditions apply to all warranty claims:
Purchase Order PolicyTriangle Micro Solutions will gladly accept company purchase orders. Please submit three credit references along with your purchase order if it is your first time doing business with us. Shipping PolicyTriangle Micro Solutions will make every attempt to ship your order the next business day if payment is made by credit card using our online payment agent (PayPal) before 6:00PM (EST). When payment is made by check, shipments may be held until the funds have been deposited into our bank account. If for any reason your order can not be shipped the next business day, you will receive an email notification indicating the expected ship date. This may occur if an item is out of stock or component parts needed to complete your order are out of stock.
