Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) PageCan I fix my <fill in the blank> with the TMS-120 or TMS-220?We get a lot of questions from customers asking about how to fix specific types of equipment (i.e. car audio equipment, laptop computers, etc.). The products that we sell are tools. And just like with any other tool, the skill belongs to the user. We do not know enough specifics about your equipment to answer these questions. The best advice we can offer is to contact the manufacturer and obtain a service manual, or use an Internet search engine to find out more information the item that you are trying to repair. Do you have a distributor in my area or country?All sales are currently direct from us. We do not sell through distributors at this time, but we are currently trying to organize a network of distributors. If you are interested in becoming a distributor of our products, please click here. I need A TMS-120 or TMS-220 today. How fast can you ship?We normally ship all orders within 24 - 48 hours. We will try to ship your order the next business day if ordered by 6:00 PM eastern time. However, due to an increase in sales volume and given the fact that we are a small company, we can no longer guarantee a 24 hour turn around on all orders.
