Policies

Return Policy

To return merchandise, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must first be obtained. To obtain an RMA number, please contatact Triangle Micro Solutions by sending an email to service@trianglemicro.com Please indicate your reason for returning the items and when you purchased the item. We will respond with an RMA number that should be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned. The following conditions apply to all returned merchandise:

  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returns must be made within 60 days of the original purchase.
  • Returns must be made by the original purchaser only.
  • A copy of the original invoice or PayPal packing slip must accompany the item.
  • All returned items must be in 100% working condition.
  • Return authorization must be obtained before returning merchandise.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return merchandise.
  • Returned items originally purchased using PayPal will be refunded through PayPal. Otherwise, refunds will be paid by check. Refunded amounts are the amount paid minus original shipping costs and minus the 15% restocking fee.

Warranty Policy

Triangle Micro Solutions warrants all products for a period of one year from the date of the original sale for defects in materials and workmanship. See the user’s manual for details. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must first be obtained. To obtain an RMA number, please contatact Triangle Micro Solutions by sending an email to service@trianglemicro.com Interface cables and accessories are not covered. We will respond with an RMA number that should be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned. The following conditions apply to all warranty claims:

  • Claims must be made within the one year warranty period.
  • Claims must be made by the original purchaser only.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges necessary to get the item to Triangle Micro Solutions. Shipping charges to return warranty fulfillment will be paid by Triangle Micro Solutions.
  • Triangle Micro Solutions reserves the right to repair or replace the merchandise at our desecration.
  • Warranty claims may be rejected by Triangle Micro Solutions if (in the opinion of Triangle Micro Solutions) the item has become non-functional because damage by accident, misuse or if the item has been modified in any way by unauthorized personnel.

Purchase Order Policy

Triangle Micro Solutions will gladly accept company purchase orders. Please submit three credit references along with your purchase order if it is your first time doing business with us.

Shipping Policy

Triangle Micro Solutions will make every attempt to ship your order the next business day if payment is made by credit card using our online payment agent (PayPal) before 6:00PM (EST). When payment is made by check, shipments may be held until the funds have been deposited into our bank account. If for any reason your order can not be shipped the next business day, you will receive an email notification indicating the expected ship date. This may occur if an item is out of stock or component parts needed to complete your order are out of stock.

Can I fix my <fill in the blank> with the TMS-120 or TMS-220?

We get a lot of questions from customers asking about how to fix specific types of equipment (i.e. car audio equipment, laptop computers, etc.). The products that we sell are tools. And just like with any other tool, the skill belongs to the user. We do not know enough specifics about your equipment to answer these questions. The best advice we can offer is to contact the manufacturer and obtain a service manual, or use an Internet search engine to find out more information the item that you are trying to repair.

Do you have a distributor in my area or country?

All sales are currently direct from us. We do not sell through distributors at this time, but we are currently trying to organize a network of distributors. If you are interested in becoming a distributor of our products, please click here.

I need A TMS-120 or TMS-220 today. How fast can you ship?

We normally ship all orders within 24 - 48 hours. We will try to ship your order the next business day if ordered by 6:00 PM eastern time. However, due to an increase in sales volume and given the fact that we are a small company, we can no longer guarantee a 24 hour turn around on all orders.
